Affiliate Terms & Conditions (Vendor Onboarding Program)

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in our Affiliate Program for vendor onboarding. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to the following:

1. Program Overview

  • The affiliate program rewards affiliates who promote our platform and successfully refer new vendors to open a storefront with us.

  • Affiliates earn commissions only for vendor onboarding (storefront registration). Business listing promotions are not included at this time.

2. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates receive a commission of US$0.50 for each successful vendor signup completed through their referral link.

  • Only valid and verified vendor signups count as successful referrals.

  • Self-referrals (signing yourself up as a vendor) are not allowed and will be disqualified.

3. Payments

  • Commissions are paid out once the affiliate’s balance reaches a minimum of US$10.

  • Payments are processed within 7 days after the end of each month for all eligible commissions.

  • Payments will be made via the method selected by the affiliate (e.g., PayPal, Wise, or other supported payout options).

  • Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate.

4. Refunds and Invalid Signups

  • If a vendor signup is cancelled, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid, the associated commission will be reversed.

  • The program reserves the right to reject any referral that does not meet quality standards.

5. Responsibilities of Affiliates

  • Affiliates may promote their referral links through ethical marketing methods such as websites, social media, email campaigns, and personal networks.

  • Affiliates must not use spam, misleading claims, or deceptive practices.

  • Affiliates must clearly disclose their participation in this program in accordance with applicable advertising laws.

6. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend an affiliate’s participation if there is any misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Upon termination, unpaid commissions below the payout threshold will be forfeited.

7. Acceptance

By signing up for the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
