Seller (Vendor) Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our platform by vendors (“Sellers”) who open a storefront with us. By registering as a vendor, you agree to the following:

1. Vendor Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.

  • All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and complete.

  • We reserve the right to approve, reject, or terminate any vendor account at our discretion.

2. Storefront and Listings

  • Vendors may list products or services in accordance with our platform’s guidelines.

  • Content uploaded (descriptions, images, logos) must be original or properly licensed for use.

  • Vendors are responsible for keeping their storefront information accurate and up to date.

  • We reserve the right to edit, remove, or decline listings that violate our policies, are misleading, or are deemed inappropriate.

3. Fees and Payments

  • Vendors are responsible for any fees associated with opening and maintaining their storefront (if applicable).

  • If commission or subscription fees apply, these will be communicated clearly before purchase.

  • Vendors must ensure that their payment information is accurate to receive any payouts (if earnings are applicable).

4. Seller Responsibilities

  • Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the products or services they list.

  • Vendors must not upload harmful, offensive, illegal, or fraudulent content.

  • Vendors must handle customer inquiries, service, shipping, delivery, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.

  • Vendors are responsible for all costs and logistics of packaging, shipping, and delivering products to customers.

  • Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to their products, services, operations, and shipping.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Vendors may not use the platform for fraudulent or deceptive practices.

  • Vendors may not infringe on intellectual property rights of others.

  • Vendors may not manipulate or misuse the platform’s systems, including referral or affiliate tracking.

6. Termination and Suspension

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts at any time for breach of these Terms.

  • Vendors remain responsible for obligations incurred prior to termination.

7. Liability and Indemnity

  • Vendors agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the platform or from their products/services.

  • We are not liable for disputes between vendors and customers, including shipping or delivery failures, or for damages resulting from vendor activities on the platform.

8. Modifications

  • We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Acceptance

By opening a storefront and using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Seller Terms & Conditions.
